The 34th Annual Manchester Essex Rotary Club’s annual Red, White & Blue Pancake Breakfast was a big draw again this year. Last Saturday morning’s community breakfast featured pancakes (with blueberries, strawberries and whipped cream, delivering the “R/W/B” in the name), bacon and eggs at Manchester’s idyllic public park, with all proceeds going to charity. This year, the line for the pony rides with little ones was longer than the meal line! And the Manchester Essex Summerstage crew (in turquoise tee shirts) previewed their songs from “Matilda the Musical,” this year’s production opening Thursday, July 25!
