Gretchen Berg, a vice president and realtor with J Barrett & Company, was the top-producing agent in the firm’s Manchester office for 2025, according to the brokerage.
Berg closed more than $26 million in sales last year, representing buyers and sellers across the North Shore and Cape Ann. Office-level rankings at real estate firms are typically based on total sales volume and transaction activity.
She has worked in real estate for nearly 15 years and has been a consistent top producer within the firm, according to J Barrett.
In a statement, Berg said the recognition reflects client relationships and repeat business. Company President Jon Gray cited her long-term performance and market knowledge.
Berg grew up on the North Shore and previously worked in New York as a producer for NBC News’ “Today” show. She now focuses on residential real estate and property marketing in coastal communities.
Founded in 2007, J Barrett & Company operates offices in Beverly, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich and Manchester and serves buyers and sellers across the North Shore and Cape Ann.
Sales figures are based on MLS data for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2025.
