To the Editor,
Manchester Democrats will meet at Town Hall, 2nd floor, on Saturday, March 9, starting at 9 a.m. to choose 4 Delegates and 3 alternates from Manchester who will attend the Massachusetts Democratic State Convention.
The State Convention will be on Saturday, June 1, at the DCU Center in Worcester and will endorse Democratic candidates for statewide office and prepare for the fall election. U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren will be up for re-election this year, and the State Convention will consider a motion to elect her as the Democratic Nominee for the United States Senate. Delegates at the convention will also be amending the Party Charter.
If you are a registered Democrat who lives in Manchester, please consider attending the Democratic Caucus on March 9th. You can run for delegate or alternate to represent our town at the state convention. We generally meet on Zoom, but this will be an in-person meeting.
